Reclaimed Bricks

We stock a large variety of reclaimed bricks in our yard in Bow, East London. All of our bricks are imperial sizes. We supply to builders and builders merchants all over London and the surrounding areas. Here is a list of our products but give us a call if there is something in particular you are looking for.

Yellow Stock

London stock bricks in the type of handmade brick which was used for the majority of building work in London and South East EnglandIts distinctive yellow colour and soft appearance come from the yellow local clayThey come in all shades of yellow from bright canary to a much darker shade.

Mixed Stocks

These are normally found within London and the surrounding areas. They have the same look as multi stocks but they are made up of 70% red and 30% yellow stocks. Commonly used for garden wall, backing bricks.

Red Rubbers

Soft reds are found all over England and are mainly used for face and decretive work around doors and windows. These are a sort brick with the colours varying from dark red to an orange colour.

Gaults

Normally found in the Cambridge and Suffolk area but also found in London and Kent. These are a hard, smooth faced brick with the colours varying between a creamy white and yellow.

Mixed Gaults (pinky)

Normally found in the Cambridge and Suffolk area but also found in London and Kent. These are a hard, smooth faced brick with the colours varying between a creamy white and yellow with a red/pinky colour throughout.

Wire Cuts

These can be found all over England. They are a hard semi engineering brick and mostly found without a frog in them. These are commonly used as pavers. They range from orange to a dark red.

Staffordshire Blues

These are found all over the country and they are a hard engineering brick. Commonly used for railways and used as feature bricks. This is a smooth brick with the colours varying from a dark blue to almost black.
